Simply download from the app store
Once you're in, you'll need to enter our organisation name "westcoastgym"
Then you should be in and able to log in! It's that simple!
The app gives you control over your account, you can see your credits and much, much more! Download today!

INSTRUCTIONS FOR HOW TO LOG INTO OUR PARENT PORTAL
Current & Former Students / Families:

Go to CUSTOMER PORTAL button located on the home page or at the bottom of every other page. This will take you to our Customer Portal

Go to CREATE ACCOUNT and enter your email address

Check the boxes PRIVACY POLICY, TERMS OF USE, AND COOKIE POLICY

Click I AM NOT A ROBOT

Click SEND EMAIL

Check your email for the verification code (copy and paste it back in iClassPro page). Be sure to check your junk mail as quite often mail servers don't recognise iClass email addresses

Complete all information

Read all Policies and Procedures, Waiver of Liability & Billing Authorization

Click I ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO ALL POLICIES

ADD STUDENT - Complete all information

Click SAVE STUDENT (Click on "Add another Student" if needed)

Click on CLASSES and use the filters to find the appropriate class
